Dallas Griffin, an 11 year-old student at the Foreign Language Immersion and Cultural Studies (FLICS) school in Detroit, Michigan was selected based upon his academic achievements; which includes a perfect 4.0 grade point average to represent his school in the 2012 Junior National Young Leaders Conference (JrNYLC) in Washington, DC from July 22-27, 2012.
